This is a 4 week ceramic course for children ages 5-8.

This class offers young artists the opportunity to explore their creativity while experiencing the messy fun of clay. Guided by the teacher, students will learn the whole process of making forms from start to finish using various building techniques including wedging, coiling, pinching and stamping. Using decorative and colorful underglazes, glazes and mixed media will allow students to create unique and imaginative works of art to take home. No prior experience working with clay is necessary, all skill levels are welcome. Students may repeat this class to work on new and evolving projects.
